目的了解我院住院患者抗菌药物的临床应用现状及存在问题,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供参考。方法采用回顾性调查方法 ,对本院2008年11月2009年4月的出院病历资料进行统计、分析。结果共调查病历1000份,抗菌药物总使用率58.70%;其中预防用药使用率62.35%,治疗用药使用率37.65%;联合用药的比例为37.31%;不合理用药占19.76%。结论抗菌药物使用率较高,且使用存在一些不合理现象。医院应加强监管,对存在的问题应制订相应措施。
Objective To understand the clinical application status and existing problems of antibacterials in hospitalized patients in our hospital and provide reference for the rational use of antibacterials in clinic. Methods A retrospective survey method was used to analyze the data of discharged medical records from November 2008 to April 2009 in our hospital. Results A total of 1000 medical records were investigated. The total use rate of antibacterials was 58.70%. The preventive use rate was 62.35%, the therapeutic use rate was 37.65%, the combined use rate was 37.31%, and the irrational use rate was 19.76%. Conclusion The use of antibacterials is high, and there are some irrational use of the phenomenon. The hospital should strengthen its supervision and make corresponding measures on the existing problems.
