本文为解决7~14岁在校小学生的补碘问题,采用由军事医学科学院毒物药物研究所提供的碘砖,选择北京市轻病区,三个受试单位。根据儿童的生理需要量和碘砖投放热水后每天平均释碘量,规定学生每人每日饮热碘水300—400毫升(约可补充200—300微克碘),饮碘水后学生平均尿碘排出量明显增加,三所小学学生饮水后不同时间平均尿碘排出量与饮水前相比较;差别非常显著。用本法补碘,只需将碘砖投入饮水筒内,即可以在日常饮水的同时达到补碘的目的。此方法可靠、经济、简便,符合中央提出的“以较少的投入,换来几亿人民的健康”的防治思想,可以作为一种对小学生集中补碘的措施,有一定的推广价值。

It can be used as a measure of primary school students to supplement iodine in a certain amount.
