在机电一体化系统中,电噪声的干扰是产生元部件失效或数据传输、处理失误,进而影响其可靠性的最常见和最主要的因素。这是机电一体化产品设计中不可忽视的问题之一。一、干扰源一般说来,在机电一体化系统中,用专用或通用微型计算机组成的控制器,其硬件经过筛选和老化处理,可靠性非常高,平均无故障工作时间较长,因此,引起控制器故障(失效)的原因多半不在于其本身,而在于从各种渠道进入控制器的干扰信号。
