周健,男,1963年生于上海。1989-1993年纽约州立大学计算机科学与工程系硕士和博士,1993—1996年就职新泽西州普林斯顿的松下技术研究所;1996-1998年加入华尔街著名的投资银行贝尔斯特恩(BearStearnsCo&Inc),先后担任程序交易系统开发的资深设计师、程序交易部副总裁。1998年加盟瑞士信贷第一波士顿银行,任证券技术部主管。2001年8月回到了北京中关村创办了瑞森科技有限公司。在读研究生和做研究工作期间获得了两项美国专利。

Joined Credit Suisse First Boston Bank in 1998 as Head of Securities Technology. Back in August 2001, Beijing Zhongguancun founded Ruisen Technology Co., Ltd. Two U.S. patents were obtained during graduate school and research.
