随着我国经济结构的转型和能源结构调整的不断深化,电力企业及市场逐步向高技术含量、高智能和自动化方向发展,通过产品和服务质量的提升来化解因为传统电网转型所面临的危机。而对于广大电力企业来说,人力资源管理是提升企业自身科技和市场竞争力的关键,如何做好人力资源管理工作是影响电力企业实现可续持发展的重要研究课题。鉴于此,电力企业要立足于行业和企业自身人力资源管理的现状,挖掘其中存在的问题,进行必要的人力资源管理探索和改革,从节约人力资源成本、提升人力资源效能方面着手开辟新型发展路径。
With the transformation of China’s economic structure and the continuous deepening of the energy structure adjustment, power enterprises and markets are gradually moving toward high-tech, high intelligence and automation. The improvement of the quality of products and services helps to resolve the crisis caused by the transformation of traditional power grids. For the majority of power companies, human resources management is to enhance their own technology and market competitiveness, the key to how to do a good job of human resources management is to achieve sustainable development of power enterprises to achieve an important research topic. In view of this, electric power enterprises should base themselves on the status quo of their own human resource management in industries and enterprises, find out the existing problems, and conduct necessary exploration and reform of human resources management so as to start a new type of development path from saving human resource costs and improving human resource efficiency .
