本文共观察健康新生儿109例外周血淋巴细胞ANAE活性,其中生后1天77例,生后30天32例。对两组新生儿淋巴细胞ANAE总阳性率及各活性类型阳性率作了比较,前者无显著性差异;后者表现为点状颗粒型生后30天组低于生后1天组,散在颗粒型生后30天组高于生后1天组。讨论了两组活性类型的变化,并比较了两组单核细胞和粒细胞的ANAE阳性反应。
ANAE activities of 109 cases of healthy newborn infants were observed in this study. Among them, 77 cases were born in one day after birth and 32 cases occurred in 30 days after birth. The positive rate of ANAE in all newborn infants and the positive rate of each active type in the two groups were compared. There was no significant difference in the former between the two groups. The latter appeared as 30 days after birth, 30 days after birth group after birth than 1 day group. Changes in the two groups of active types were discussed and ANAE-positive responses were compared between the two groups of monocytes and granulocytes.
