后张法施工的预应力混凝土结构是现代建筑工程中一种应用较为普遍的建筑结构,该结构能够有效地提高建筑的质量和性能,同时还能够为建筑企业节约大量的成本。随着该结构在建筑工程中的发展应用,不仅使我国建筑水平得到了大幅度提升,同时也促进了我国经济的高速发展。然而就混凝土筒体后张拉预应力灌浆的实际情况而言通常还存在着一些质量通病,这些质量通病处理表现在模板和支架以及钢筋和混凝土方面,最为严重的就是灌浆堵孔问题。当其中出现灌浆堵孔现象时,严重的影响了工程的质量和性能,而为了建筑行业的发展和提高混凝土筒体后张拉预应力灌浆施工水平的提高,加大对混凝土筒体后张拉预应力灌浆堵孔原因的分析研究力度不仅意义重大而且迫在眉睫。本文通过对混凝土筒体后张拉预应力灌浆堵孔原因的深入分析,并且提出了解决方案,以供同行参考。
