国有企业是我国经济发展的重要支柱,在全面从严治党的新形势和经济发展新常态下发挥着不可替代的积极作用。而抓好基层党建工作是引领国有企业发挥其经济支撑功能的关键。本文首先对全面从严治党新形势和经济发展新常态下国有企业基层党建工作的重要性进行了分析,并从实践角度出发从打好党建工作的基础、保证基层党建工作的有序进行、提高党员工作的责任感以及构建学习型和服务型基层党组织四个层面提出了新形势和新常态下国有企业基层党建工作的优化措施。
