为探讨化学染发剂和冷烫精对人的致突变效应,我们进行了染发者、烫发者、同时染烫发者毛囊细胞的微核试验。样品为市售光明牌染发剂和云燕牌冷烫精。于染发、烫发之前和染发、烫发后24小时分别拔取受试者带有毛囊的头发、制片及镜检。结果发现染烫发前后毛囊微核率染发组(7人)
To investigate the mutagenic effects of chemical hair dyes and cold perm on humans, we conducted haircut, perm, and hair perm hair follicle cells micronucleus test. Samples for the commercial light brand hair dye and Yunyan brand cold perm. Hair, hair and microscopic examination of the hair follicles of the subjects were taken before dyeing, hair curling and 24 hours after hair dyeing and perming. The results showed that before and after dyeing hair follicles micronucleus rate hair dye group (7)
