目的:探索实验室中大鼠不同程度烧伤模型建立的实验条件。方法:通过燃烧实验,确定汽油混合燃料成分配比;将30只SD大鼠随机分成6组,每组5只。选取背部作为烫伤部位。第1组为正常对照组,第2、3、4、5、6组为模型实验组,各组均涂抹适中混合燃料,烧伤时间分别持续15 s,20 s,25 s,30 s,40 s。烧伤后对局部组织进行形态和组织病理观察,观察有无毛囊、汗腺等附件受损。结果:重量百分比计为35%的常压渣油燃烧时间15秒为浅II度烧伤,20-25秒为深II度烧伤,30秒以上为III度烧伤。结论:该模型可以较好地控制烧伤深度、面积,烧伤深度划分准确且操作简便,是研究烧伤修复机制及评价创面用药的较好模型。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the experimental conditions established in rats with different degrees of burn in rats. Methods: Through the combustion experiment, determine the composition of gasoline blend fuel; 30 SD rats were randomly divided into 6 groups of 5. Select the back as a burn site. The first group was normal control group, the second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth groups were model experimental group, each group were smeared moderate mixed fuel, burn time lasted 15 s, 20 s, 25 s, 30 s, 40 s . After burn, the morphology and histopathology of the local tissues were observed to observe whether the attachment of the hair follicles and sweat glands were impaired. Results: 35% weight percent of atmospheric residue burning time of 15 seconds for the shallow II degree burn, 20-25 seconds deep II degree burn, more than 30 seconds for the third degree burn. Conclusion: This model can control the depth, area and depth of burns well, and it is easy to operate. It is a good model to study the mechanism of burn repair and evaluate the wound healing.
