针对目前国有企业人力资源管理中存在的问题及对企业发展的影响,企业进行人力资源管理改革是必然趋势。激励机制是人力资源管理的有效手段,对强化人力资源管理具有重要意义。笔者对人力资源管理中的激励措施的使用情况进行说明,以便企业管理效率的提升。
In view of the existing problems in human resource management of state-owned enterprises and their impact on the development of enterprises, the reform of human resources management in enterprises is an inevitable trend. Incentive mechanism is an effective means of human resources management, which is of great significance to strengthening human resources management. The author describes the use of incentive measures in human resource management, in order to enhance the efficiency of business management.
