Objective To observe the effect of different doses of naloxone on the changes of plasma β-endorphin in patients with severe craniocerebral injury. Methods 124 patients with severe traumatic brain injury were randomly divided into control group (n = 40) and low dose treatment group A (n = 40) and high dose treatment group B (n = 44). On the basis of routine treatment, naloxone was administered to rats at different doses, and the changes of plasma beta-endorphin (β-EP) were monitored dynamically. Results The levels of plasma β-EP in group A and group B were less than those in control group on the 3rd and 7th day of treatment (P <0.01), and the levels of plasma β-EP in group B were less than those in group A , The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Early, high-dose naloxone treatment can more effectively improve the clinical efficacy of patients with diffuse axonal injury and promote neurological recovery.
