用Wistar大鼠在氨基甲酸乙酯麻醉下研究微电泳5-羟色胺(5-HT)和5-HT4受体选择性激动剂灭吐灵对大脑皮质第一体感区(SI区)自发单位放电(SI-SUD)和诱发单位放电(SI-EUD)的影响。用计算机分别作放电间隔均值(ISI)和标准化互协方差函数(NCCVF)分析和统计学处理。结果表明:①5-HT对部分SI-SUD单位有抑制或易化影响,其中5~20nA时,只出现抑制影响;40~160nA时有抑制或易化影响,抑制的例数较多。②微电泳5-HT5~20nA时,对SI-EUD单位无明显影响:40~160nA时对部分SI-EUD单位有抑制或易化的影响,抑制例数较多。③在5-HT抑制单位,单独或同时微电泳5-HT和灭吐灵均能抑制SI-SUD和SI-EUD,且给药组之间无显著性差异,提示5-HT4受体可能与5-HT抑制作用有关。
The spontaneous discharges of spontaneous units in the first somatosensory zone (SI) of the cerebral cortex were investigated using Wistar rats under urethane anesthesia (5-HT) and 5-HT4 receptor selective agonist metoclopramide SI-SUD) and induced unit discharge (SI-EUD). A computer was used to analyze and statistically calculate the mean discharge gap (ISI) and the standard mutual covariance function (NCCVF). The results showed that: (1) 5-HT had inhibitory or facilitation effect on some SI-SUD units, of which only inhibitory effect was observed at 5-20 nA, while inhibition or facilitation was observed at 40-160 nA, with a larger number of inhibitions. ② There was no significant effect on the SI-EUD units when 5-HT 5 ~ 20nA was applied in the microelectrophoresis. The inhibitory or facilitation effect on some SI-EUD units was observed when 40 ~ 160nA was applied. ③ In the 5-HT inhibition unit, SI-SUD and SI-EUD were both inhibited by 5-HT and metoclopramide alone or in combination with no significant difference between the two groups, suggesting that 5-HT4 receptor may be associated with 5-HT inhibition.
