自1977年12月至1980年5月,我院应用丹麦 BMS_3MK_2型微量血液分析仪对50例肺心病急性期病人进行了596次血气动态观察。一般每日上午定时采血测定,病情变化则随时测定。每例至少测定三次以上,平均测定11.92次。有力地指导了抢救工作,使肺心病死亡率降至10.3%。我们体会到肺心病急性期的血气动态观察主要有以下三方面临床意义。一、有效地指导呼吸性酸中毒的纠正肺心病急性期患者,由于有效通气量不足,使体内二氧化碳潴留。导致呼吸性酸中
From December 1977 to May 1980, our hospital used the Danish BMS_3MK_2 trace hematology analyzer for 596 blood gas dynamic observations in 50 patients with acute cor pulmonale.
