安徽省风险投资起步虽落后于东部发达地区,但最近几年发展势头强劲。目前而言,安徽中小民营企业的风险投资存在很大程度的不完善,主要表现为法律的不完善、民营企业自身不足等多方面的原因,针对这些原因,本文提出了针对性的预防措施,即不断完善法律、不断提高企业家自身的素质以及建立风险退出机制等,期望为安徽中小民营企业的风险投资建设贡献自己的一份力量。
Although venture capital in Anhui Province has lagged behind the developed areas in the east, its momentum of development has been strong in recent years. At present, the venture capital of small and medium-sized private enterprises in Anhui is largely imperfect, mainly due to the imperfections of the law and the inadequacy of private enterprises themselves. In view of these reasons, this paper puts forward targeted preventive measures, That is to constantly improve the law, and constantly improve the quality of entrepreneurs themselves and the establishment of risk exit mechanism, and other small and medium-sized private enterprises in Anhui hope to contribute to the venture capital investment in a force.
