党的十八大以来,民营经济发展环境不断优化,民营经济的准入政策不断放宽,民营经济面临重要的发展机遇,两个“毫不动摇”、“三个没有变”则进一步明确民营经济对完善社会主义市场经济体制的重要性。“十三五”时期,无论是供给侧改革,还是结构调整、创新驱动,无一不在加大改革力度。目前,一系列改革举措的实施,彰显政府搭建平台、提供良好的公共服务,将逐渐释放改革红利,民营经济的发展已经受惠于此。对民营企业而言,新形势下挑战和机遇并存,需要积极适应变化,着力进行战略方向调整、技术升级、管理创新等,不断提升企业自身的竞争力。
