为了进一步探讨牛磺鹅去氧胆酸(TCDCA)对佐剂性关节炎(adjuvant arthritis,AA)模型大鼠治疗作用的分子机制,以AA模型大鼠成纤维样滑膜细胞(fibroblast-like synoviocytes,FLS)为研究对象,采用酶联免疫吸附技术(enzyme linked immune sorbent assay,ELISA)检测了TCDCA对AA模型大鼠FLS中三磷酸肌醇(inositol trisphosphate,IP3)含量的影响。研究结果显示,与空白对照组相比较,TCDCA作用15 min和60 min时AA模型大鼠FLS中IP3的含量显著升高(P<0.05),而当TCDCA作用30 min时AA模型大鼠FLS中IP3的含量极显著升高(P<0.01)。由此可知,TCDCA能够提高AA模型大鼠FLS中IP3的含量。
In order to further investigate the molecular mechanism of taurochenodeoxycholic acid (TCDCA) in the treatment of adjuvant arthritis (AA) model rats, the AA model rat fibroblast-like synoviocytes , FLS) as the research object, the effect of TCDCA on the content of inositol trisphosphate (IP3) in FLS of AA model rats was detected by enzyme linked immune sorbent assay (ELISA). Compared with the blank control group, the content of IP3 in FLS of AA model rats increased significantly (P <0.05) at 15 min and 60 min after TCDCA treatment, while in FLS of AA model rats when treated with TCDCA for 30 min IP3 significantly increased (P <0.01). Thus, TCDCA can improve the IP3 content of FLS in AA model rats.
