海上风电机基础由于波浪和潮流的作用,基础周围的泥沙将会发生冲刷并形成冲坑。目前工程设计往往忽视或不能准确判断冲刷程度,以及冲刷形成的冲坑对基础承载性能的影响。选取国内外应用度较高的四种冲刷深度计算方法,结合某实际工程基础设计参数及地质与水文资料,计算单桩基础周围泥沙冲刷深度,明确冲刷对桩基础承载性能影响不可忽视。对比分析了冲刷前后桩基础竖向承载力、沉降、水平承载力与水平位移,结果表明冲刷后桩基础承载性能明显减弱,沉降与侧向位移值明显增大。因此,在海上风电机桩基础设计中,应充分考虑冲刷作用对桩基础承载性能的影响,必要时应增加防冲刷措施。
Offshore Wind Turbine Fundamentals Due to waves and tidal currents, sediment around the foundation will be washed away and puddles will form. At present, the engineering design often overlooks or can not accurately judge the degree of erosion and the impact of the scour formed pit on the basis of bearing capacity. Four calculation methods of depth of scouring at home and abroad are selected. Combined with some basic engineering design parameters and geological and hydrological data, the depth of sediment scouring around single pile foundation is calculated. The influence of scouring on the bearing capacity of pile foundation can not be neglected. The vertical bearing capacity, settlement, horizontal bearing capacity and horizontal displacement of pile foundation before and after scouring are comparatively analyzed. The results show that the bearing capacity of pile foundation after scouring is obviously weakened, and the settlement and lateral displacement are obviously increased. Therefore, in offshore wind turbine pile foundation design, the effect of scouring on bearing capacity of pile foundation should be fully considered, and if necessary, anti-scouring measures should be added.
