目的:建立舒痔丸中大黄素与大黄酚的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Phenomenex C_(18)(250mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.1%磷酸(85:15)为流动相,流速为1.0 ml·min~(-1),柱温30℃,检测波长为254 nm。结果:大黄素和大黄酚线性范围分别在2.46~14.78μg·ml~(-1)(r=0.999 9)和5.33~31.97μg·ml~(-1)(r=0.999 9);浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系。平均回收率分别为99.13%(RSD=0.99%)和99.64%(RSD=0.27%)(n=6)。结论:本方法简便准确,重复性好,可用于舒痔丸质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of emodin and chrysophanol in Shu hemorrhoids pill. METHODS: Phenomenex C_ (18) (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used as the mobile phase with methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid (85:15) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 ml · min ~ 1), column temperature 30 ℃, detection wavelength 254 nm. Results: The linear range of emodin and chrysophanol was 2.46-14.78μg · ml -1 (r = 0.999 9) and 5.33-31.97μg · ml -1 (r = 0.999 9) A good linear relationship. The average recoveries were 99.13% (RSD = 0.99%) and 99.64% (RSD = 0.27%), respectively (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate, reproducible, and can be used for quality control Shu Shu pills.
