炸雷弹落点精度是评估遥控探灭雷系统作战效能的重要指标之一。针对遥控探灭雷系统炸雷弹落点精度评定子样数少、评定其均方差难的特点,提出将正态分布样本考核转化为二项分布假设检验的考核方法,并充分考虑使用方和研制方的风险,设计了合理评定方案。仿真计算说明了统计量的选取和双方风险的关系,对遥控探灭雷系统的试验具有一定的指导借鉴作用
