采用凹体减摩形貌和凸体增摩形貌的复合织构主动调控模具/工件界面的摩擦特性,改善工件成形缺陷.模拟对比了复合织构模具和无织构模具拉深后成形件的最大减薄率和成形极限.同时,进行筒形件成形实验,分析了复合织构模具对筒形件成形的影响规律.仿真结果表明,相较于无织构模具,复合织构模具可以优化模具表面的摩擦特性,降低成形件底部圆角区域的减薄率.实验结果证实了凸起形貌可以增大摩擦,抑制材料流出,凹坑形貌则减小摩擦,促进材料流入,从而使成形件底部圆角区域的厚度增大,降低拉裂风险,与仿真结果一致.
