全国林权改革:打破五十多年国有体制2006年4月29日,中国国有林区持续50多年的国有国营体制首次被打破。当日,在黑龙江省伊春市乌马河经营所举行了中国国有林木、林地首次转让拍卖大会。经过激烈竞拍,乌马河经营所4名职工率先承包33.4公顷国有林木、林地,和伊春市市长签订了中国第一份国有林木、林地转让给个人的承包经营合同。
National Forest Reform: Breaking Fifty Years of State-owned System On April 29, 2006, the state-owned state-owned system in China’s state-owned forest zone, which lasted for more than 50 years, was broken for the first time. On the same day, the auction of the state-owned forests and woodlands in China was held at the Wumahe River Administration in Yichun City, Heilongjiang Province. After intense bidding, the four employees of the Uma River operation took the lead in contracting state-owned forest and woodland of 33.4 hectares and the mayor of Yichun signed the contract of contract management for the transfer of the first state-owned forest and forestland to China.
