针对某三缸曲轴平衡块充填难的问题,从制坯和预锻模具着手对其模具结构进行优化改进,分别提出渐进分模面的概念和对预锻模具筋板结构重新设计的想法,并通过有限元模拟来查看优化前后飞边的铺展情况、终锻件的充填情况。模拟结果表明:通过对分模面和筋板结构进行改进后,终锻件的填充效果得到明显改善,并确定了预锻模具空间分模面距水平分模的距离为19~33 mm、筋板斜度为13°时,锻件的填充效果最好,很好地验证了模具优化的可行性。
Aiming at the difficult filling of a three-cylinder crankshaft balancer, the mold structure was optimized and optimized from the preform and the preform mold. The concept of progressive parting surface and the idea of redesigning the rib structure of the forging mold were proposed respectively. Through the finite element simulation to see the optimization before and after the spread of the flash edge, final forging filling. The simulation results show that the filling effect of the final forging is improved obviously by improving the parting surface and the rib structure, and the distance between the parting surface of the preforming die and the horizontal parting surface is determined as 19 ~ 33 mm. The inclination of 13 °, forging the best filling effect, a good demonstration of the feasibility of mold optimization.
