通过对国内外244份水稻品种(系)之间单株剑叶总面积、单片剑叶面积和剑叶厚度的变异的研究,发现上述性状在水稻品种间存在着广泛变异。这些性状与单株籽粒产量均呈极显著的遗传正相关(rg分别为0.3891~(**)、0.2844~(**)和0.2781~(**))。其中单片剑叶面积和剑叶厚与各产量构成要素均呈显著或极显著正相关。 水稻剑叶面积的遗传分析表明,单片剑叶面积受2对基因控制,而大叶对小叶表现不完全显性。剑叶厚度(mg/cm~2)受多基因控制,属数量性状遗传。
Through the study on the variation of total flag leaf area, flag leaf area and flag leaf thickness among 244 rice cultivars at home and abroad, we found that these traits vary widely among rice cultivars. These traits were significantly and genetically positively correlated with single grain yield (rg = 0.3891 ~ (**), 0.2844 ~ (**) and 0.2781 ~ (**)), respectively. Among them, the area of single leaf and the thickness of flag leaf were significantly or very significantly positively correlated with the yield components. The genetic analysis of rice leaf area showed that the single leaf area was controlled by two pairs of genes, while the large leaves did not completely express on the leaflets. The thickness of flag leaf (mg / cm ~ 2) is controlled by multiple genes and is inherited by quantitative traits.
