With the improvement of science and technology and living standards, people’s requirements for living have evolved from a single living space to environmental ecology and external space. Therefore, modern residential design has involved social, physical, psychological, historical and artistic fields, and has begun to proceed with environmental design to socialism with Chinese characteristics. The standardization and diversification of residential building design is progressing along with the development of social economy and science and technology. In the past, there have been two tendencies towards building standardization work. One is that standardization is to satisfy large-scale industrial production.
