新课程标准的实施,给了广大教师更广阔的施展才华的空间。我作为首批课改实验教师,与课改同行已整整八年,体验了新课改的历程。八年来,我积极投身于课改教学实践,在新课程中实现了自身的发展,并将这种发展的成果用于课程的建设。能够从传统的角色中走出来,创设能引起学生主动参与的教育环境,激发学生的学习积极性,培养学生掌握和运用知识的态度和能力,使每个学生得到充分的发展,为我乡课改工作起到带头作用。
The implementation of the new curriculum standards has given the vast majority of teachers more room to display their talent. As the first batch of experimental teachers for curriculum reform, I have been traveling with curriculum reform for eight full years and have experienced the course of new curriculum reform. In the past eight years, I actively devoted myself to teaching practice in curriculum reform, realized my own development in the new curriculum, and used the fruits of such development for curriculum construction.
