With the continuous improvement of China’s comprehensive strength and the constant development of the national sports undertaking, young people’s physical education teaching has become increasingly important in building a socialist education system with Chinese characteristics. Taking the students of Liaohe oilfield high school as the object, this article uses the methods of literature, classroom experiment and interview to combine the actual teaching experience to grasp the relationship between teachers and students, arouse students’ interest in learning and guide students to set up correct sports ideas.
