浙江省第二轮修志创优工程试点工作,在对首轮修志的继承与创新中,积累了丰富的实践经验。继承表现在:坚持和完善首轮修志形成的志书体例;研究吸纳首轮修志的研究成果和编纂经验;继承和完善首轮修志形成的工作方法,包括重视篇目设计、注重人员培训、抓好志稿评审等。创新表现在:坚持依法修志,创新修志理念;加强指导督查,创新工作方法;坚持质量为本,创新编纂方法。这些实践经验,对浙江省第二轮志书编纂工作的开展提供理论和实践的启示,起到很好的示范指导作用。
