目的对狭叶落地梅Lysimachia paridiformis var.stenophylla的化学成分进行研究。方法采用超声波辅助提取和色谱法提取分离,波谱法鉴定化合物结构。结果从狭叶落地梅中分离得到了12个化合物,分别鉴定为β-谷甾醇(1)、胡萝卜苷(2)、正十六烷酸(3)、原儿茶酸(4)、正四十二烷(5)、山柰酚(6)、槲皮素(7)、杨梅树皮素(8)、柚皮素(9)、5-甲基山柰酚(10)、山柰酚-3,7-O-α-L-二鼠李糖苷(11)、山柰酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(12)。结论所有化合物都是首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物5、10、12为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Lysimachia paridiformis var.stenophylla. Methods Ultrasound-assisted extraction and chromatographic extraction were used to identify the structures of compounds. Results Twelve compounds were isolated from the leaves of Pterocarya stenophylla and identified as β-sitosterol (1), daucosterol (2), n-hexadecanoic acid (3), protocatechuic acid (5), kaempferol (6), quercetin (7), myricetin (8), naringenin (9), 5-methyl kaempferol (10), kaempferol -3,7-O-α-L-rhamnoside (11), and kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucoside (12). Conclusion All the compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time. Compounds 5, 10 and 12 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
