本文利用组织培养和生理生化分析技术对陆地棉体细胞胚胎发生及主要生化代谢物质蛋白质、氨基酸、碳水化合物、可溶性糖等进行了初步的分析,对于鲜重变化进行了测定。结果表明:胚性愈伤组织蛋白质和碳水化合物含量则减少;氨基酸含量胚性愈伤组织普遍高于非胚性愈伤组织,个别氨基酸含量则明显增加或降低。胚性愈伤组织干物质累积较非胚性愈伤组织显著。
In this paper, the tissue culture and physiological and biochemical analysis techniques were used to analyze the somatic embryogenesis and the proteins, amino acids, carbohydrates, soluble sugars and other major biochemical metabolites of upland cotton (Gossypium hirsutum L.). The changes of fresh weight were measured. The results showed that the embryogenic callus protein and carbohydrate content decreased; the content of amino acid embryogenic callus generally higher than non-embryogenic callus, individual amino acid content was significantly increased or decreased. Embryogenic callus dry matter accumulation than non-embryogenic callus significantly.
