目的:建立HPLC法测定复方苯妥英钠凝胶剂中克林霉素磷酸酯的含量。方法:采用ZORBAX SB-C18色谱柱(250mm×46 mm,5μm);流动相为0.1 mol·L-1的磷酸二氢钾(用磷酸调p H 2.5)-乙腈(75∶25);流速0.8 ml·min-1;检测波长210 nm;柱温:25℃;进样量10μl。结果:克林霉素磷酸酯在3.00~18.00μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 5);平均回收率为101.11%(RSD=0.34%,n=6)。结论:本方法简单,灵敏,重复性好,可用于复方苯妥英钠凝胶剂中克林霉素磷酸酯的含量测定。
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of clindamycin phosphate in compound phenytoin sodium gel. METHODS: ZORBAX SB-C18 column (250 mm × 46 mm, 5 μm) was used. Potassium dihydrogen phosphate (adjusted to pH 2.5) -acetonitrile (75:25) with a mobile phase of 0.1 mol·L -1 and a flow rate of 0.8 ml · min-1; detection wavelength 210 nm; column temperature: 25 ℃; injection volume 10μl. Results: Clindamycin phosphate had a good linearity (r = 0.999 5) in the range of 3.00-18.00 μg with an average recovery of 101.11% (RSD = 0.34%, n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple, sensitive, reproducible and can be used for the determination of clindamycin phosphate in compound phenytoin sodium gel.
