(一)标准化是一项综合性的基础工作,对促进技术进步,实现我国社会主义现代化建设的宏伟目标具有重要作用。目前的国际标准和国外先进标准反映了经济发达国家七十年代或八十年代初已经普遍达到的先进生产技术水平。积极采用国际标准是我国重要的技术经济政策,也是技术引进的主要组成部分。如果说搞好标准化工作,对提高劳动有效性、减少劳动消耗,对提高产品质量;对提高科学管理的技术基础;对提高国际贸易竞争能力都是有利的话,那
(1) Standardization is a comprehensive basic work that plays an important role in promoting technological progress and realizing the grand goal of socialist modernization in our country. The current international standards and foreign advanced standards reflect the advanced production technology that has been generally reached in the economically developed countries in the seventies or early eighties. Active adoption of international standards is an important technical and economic policy in our country and a major component of technology introduction. If we do a good job in standardization work, it is beneficial to improve labor effectiveness, reduce labor consumption, and improve product quality, to improve the technical foundation for scientific management, and to enhance the competitiveness of international trade.
