通过档案文献、零距离采访和亲身视察等方式,以本科院校体育教育专业实验教学模式为中心展开探讨,逐步优化整合体育实验教学模式。体育教育事业应从体系理论和有效实践等方面进行探讨,有效落实院校体育教育以学生为本的理念,总结本科院校体育专业实验教学不同阶段的理念和特点。设计符合现代院校体育专业实验教学授课模式相符的教学理念,对实验教学理念提出有建设性的观点,倡导个性发展与优化个体。
Through the archival literature, zero-distance interviews and in-person inspections, the paper explores the experimental teaching mode of physical education major in colleges and universities and gradually optimizes and integrates the sports experimental teaching mode. The cause of physical education should be discussed from the aspects of system theory and effective practice, effectively implement the concept of student-oriented education in physical education in colleges and universities, and summarize the concepts and characteristics of different stages of experimental teaching of physical education in undergraduate colleges and universities. The design conforms to the teaching conception that the modern college physical education teaching mode is consistent, puts forward the constructive viewpoint to the experimental teaching idea and advocates the individual development and the optimization individual.
