我们四川长虹电器股份有限公司,是由国营长虹机器厂独家发起成立并控股的股份制试点企业。自1988年以来,公司生产规模和效益年年上台阶,工业总产值、销售收入、实现利税、上交利税等主要经济指标连续五年在全国同行业中名列前茅,已跻身于当今世界彩电规模生产大企业之列。在深化改革、转换企业经营机制中,我们深深体会到,加强和改进企业党建工作,使之适应市场经济和企业转制的要求,既是企业改革的需要,也是新形势下企业党建工作始终保持生机和活力的基本要求。为此,我们在探索与实践中,通过四条途径、处理好四个关系、实现四个转化,初步摸索出一条股份制企业加强和改进党建工作的新路子。
