目的:研究颅内动脉瘤患者血清脂蛋白(a)及其它脂质相关成分水平变化,探讨Lp(a)在颅内动脉瘤发病过程中的作用。方法自2006年-2012年,我们分别收集并测定了颅内动脉瘤病人组(48例)和正常健康人对照组(50例)的血清Lp(a)及其它脂质相关成分的水平变化,并分析其与动脉瘤发病的相关性。结果颅内动脉瘤组脂蛋白(a)水平为(314.2±217.7 mg/L),明显高于正常对照组(133.5±99.7 mg/L),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其它各项脂质(总胆固醇和甘油三酯),脂蛋白(HDL和LDL)和载脂蛋白(apoAl,apoB)水平在两组间均无明显差异。结论颅内动脉瘤患者的高Lp(a)水平与该疾病的发生发展有关,可能是导致动脉瘤形成的一种独立危险因子。
Objective: To study the changes of serum lipoprotein (a) and other lipid-related components in patients with intracranial aneurysms and to explore the role of Lp (a) in the pathogenesis of intracranial aneurysms. Methods From 2006 to 2012, we collected and measured the levels of serum Lp (a) and other lipid-related components in patients with intracranial aneurysm (48 cases) and normal healthy controls (50 cases) And analyze its correlation with the incidence of aneurysm. Results The level of lipoprotein (a) in intracranial aneurysm group was (314.2 ± 217.7 mg / L), which was significantly higher than that in normal control group (133.5 ± 99.7 mg / L). The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Other lipid (total cholesterol and triglyceride), lipoprotein (HDL and LDL) and apolipoprotein (apoAl, apoB) levels were not significantly different between the two groups. Conclusion The high level of Lp (a) in patients with intracranial aneurysms is related to the occurrence and development of the disease, which may be an independent risk factor for the formation of aneurysm.
