Xiang N Wastewater Irrigation Project is a water conservancy project that integrates farmland basic construction and comprehensive utilization of the three wastes in Zhuzhou City, Hunan Province. The Zhuzhou Xiangjiang Nitrogen Fertilizer Plant uses 15 mg/L ammonia as the water source to irrigate more than 70,000 mu of farmland in Zhuzhou and Changsha. The completion of this project will not only harm the interests of the project, but also bring about huge economic benefits. It will also help strengthen the alliance between workers and peasants and strengthen the ties between the urban and rural areas and consolidate the dictatorship of the proletariat.
