新疆电网相对独立,频率变化范围大,需要多电厂共同参与调频。提出了一种新的调频方案对其自动发电控制(AGC)系统加以改进,能尽量发挥调频系统中多台发电机有功功率调节(TPR)装置的调节能力,同时可以保证系统稳定、可靠、经济运行。对新方案进行了周密的论证,并在运行实践中验证了其实际效果。
Xinjiang’s power grid is relatively independent and has a wide range of frequency variations. It needs multiple power plants to participate in FM. A new frequency modulation scheme is proposed to improve its automatic generation control (AGC) system. The system can maximize the regulation capability of multiple generators’ active power regulation (TPR) devices in the FM system and at the same time ensure the system is stable, reliable and economical run. The new scheme has been carefully demonstrated, and in the operational practice to verify the actual results.
