分析了8例左心室假腱索(LVFT)其中6例被误诊。重点讨论了LVFT与心脏杂音、室性早搏的关系以及发生机理;LVFT易于误诊的原因及治疗措施。强调二维超声心动图(2DE)是检出LVFT唯一可靠的方法。
Eight cases of left ventricular false tendons (LVFT) were analyzed, of which 6 were misdiagnosed. The relationship between LVFT and heart murmur and ventricular premature beats and the mechanism of LVFT were discussed. The reason of LVFT misdiagnosis and its treatment were discussed. Emphasizing two-dimensional echocardiography (2DE) is the only reliable method of LVFT detection.
