随着我国经济和社会不断发展,石油企业作为我国经济发展的重要组成部分,也得到了迅猛发展,产业规模逐步扩大。然而,近些年国内外金融环境日趋严峻,使我国石油企业市场竞争日益激烈,加上时间推移,油田成本正在成几何倍数增长,石油企业发展面临着巨大难题。长期以来,石油企业求生存、要发展,就必须加强成本控制,采取先进的降本措施,提高企业核心竞争力。本文重点对石油企业成本控制管理观念落后、成本定位失误、科技创新力度不够等问题展开深入探究,力求从根本研究其对策方针降低石油企业成本,促使石油企业走向可持续发展道路。
With the constant development of economy and society in our country, as an important part of our country’s economic development, petroleum enterprises have also been developed rapidly and the scale of industries has been gradually expanded. However, in recent years, the financial environment both at home and abroad is becoming more and more severe. As a result, the market competition in China’s petroleum enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce. With the passage of time, the cost of oilfields is exponentially increasing. The development of petroleum enterprises is facing huge challenges. For a long time, if oil companies want to survive or develop, they must step up cost control and adopt advanced cost reduction measures to enhance their core competitiveness. This article focuses on the concept of cost control and management of petroleum enterprises lagging behind, cost positioning errors, scientific and technological innovation is not enough and other issues in-depth exploration, and strive to fundamentally study the countermeasures to reduce the cost of oil companies, to promote oil companies to the path of sustainable development.
