目的:探讨穿龙薯蓣中无机元素的特征。方法:采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP/MS)测定了10个穿龙薯蓣样品中13个无机元素的含量,建立穿龙薯蓣无机元素指纹谱,并用SPSS主成分分析和聚类分析,对穿龙薯蓣中的特征元素进行评价。结果:主成分分析选出5个主成分,代表13个元素94%以上的信息,得出药材的特征元素为Cr,Mn,Fe,Ni,Cd,Hg;聚类分析将10个穿龙薯蓣样品聚为2大类,结果表明元素的分布特征与穿龙薯蓣的产地有一定的相关性。结论:主成分分析法和聚类分析法是穿龙薯蓣无机元素分析的有效方法。
Objective: To investigate the characteristics of inorganic elements in Dioscorea nipponica. Methods: The content of 13 inorganic elements in 10 samples of Dioscorea nipponica was determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP / MS), and the fingerprint of inorganic elements in Dioscorea zingiberensis was established. The principal components analysis and cluster analysis Potato dioscorea in the characteristic elements of evaluation. Results: The principal component analysis selected five principal components, representing more than 94% of the information of 13 elements. The results showed that the characteristic elements of the medicinal material were Cr, Mn, Fe, Ni, Cd and Hg. Samples clustered into two categories, the results showed that the distribution of elements and the origin of Dioscorea niger have a certain correlation. Conclusion: Principal component analysis and cluster analysis are effective methods for inorganic element analysis of Dioscorea nipponica.
