科学研究证明:普通小麦与球茎大麦杂交受精后,在形成胚过程中,来自球茎大麦的染色体在有丝分裂时逐渐消失。因此,最后形成的胚,只有亲本之一普通大麦或普通小麦的染色体组。这样的幼胚在离体培养发育成的植株为单倍体植株。1979~1980年,我组用普通小麦 F_1代杂交组合4个作母本,德国球茎大麦为父本(见附表)。采用常规方法进行杂交,为了提高结实率,授粉后,第三、四天在每朵小花中加入一滴75ppm 的赤霉酸(GA_3)。授粉后10天陆续从母本植株上取下未成熟的种子用10%浓度的
Scientific research shows that: After the crossbreeding of common wheat and bulb barley, the chromosomes from the bulb of barley gradually disappear during mitosis. Therefore, the resulting embryo is only one of the chromosomes of common barley or common wheat. Such immature embryos are cultured in vitro and grown as haploid plants.
