目的 观察爱迪加放射治疗老年中晚期食管癌疗效及其副作用。方法 选择爱迪与放疗综合治疗 2 0例老年中晚期食管癌作治疗组 ,并随机抽取同期接受单纯放疗的老年中晚期食管癌患者 2 0例作对照组进行对比观察。结果 爱迪毒副作用小 ,能尽早改善患者症状 ,放疗半量时治疗组、对照组的有效率为 65%、35% (P<0 .0 5) ,放疗全量时为 85%、60 % (P<0 .0 5)。结论 爱迪能提高放疗对食管癌作用的辐射敏感性 ,可以显著提高老年中晚期食管癌局控率 ,近期疗效显著 ,毒副反应小 ,值得临床进一步推广使用
Objective To observe the efficacy and side effects of Edigar in the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer in the elderly. Methods 20 patients with advanced esophageal cancer were treated with Aidi and radiotherapy. Twenty patients with advanced esophageal cancer who received radiotherapy at the same time were randomly selected as a control group for comparison observation. Results The side effects of Aidi were small and can improve patients’ symptoms as early as possible. The effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 65% and 35% (P<0.05) at the half dose of radiotherapy, and 85% and 60% of the total dose of radiotherapy (P). <0 .0 5). Conclusion Adenosine can improve the radiosensitivity of radiotherapy to esophageal cancer, can significantly improve the control rate of advanced esophageal cancer in the elderly, the recent curative effect is significant, the toxicity is small, it is worth further promotion of clinical use
