《海南省商品住宅全装修管理办法(试行)》近期正式印发,从今年7月1日起正式施行,装修费用将纳入商品住宅总价。海南省住房城乡建设厅相关负责人表示,当前毛坯房交房后二次装修基本上由业主自行委托无相应资质的家装企业或者个人进行装修。商品房二次装修相关制度、规定不健全,处于政府的监管盲区,装修漏洞很多。所谓全装修,指的是交房前墙面、地面等房屋固定面、水电管线、开关插座等基本设施完成装修安装,厨房和卫生间的固定设施如橱柜、洁具等安装到位,基本属于
