用力学性能测试和光学显微镜研究正火温度和时间对厚度为60 mm的控轧控冷(TMCP)态E36级船版钢组织与性能的影响。结果表明,正火后TMCP态船板钢的综合性能有较大提高,虽然在强度上稍有下降,但其塑性,尤其是低温冲击性能都有较明显的改善。随着正火温度的升高,晶粒长大,冲击性能下降;随着正火保温时间的延长,改善了珠光体带状组织、消除了混晶组织,冲击性能有所提高。最佳的正火工艺为880~910℃,保温约100 m in后空冷。
The effect of normalizing temperature and time on the microstructure and properties of TM36 E36 ship steel with a thickness of 60 mm was studied by mechanical properties test and optical microscope. The results show that the comprehensive properties of TMCP ship plate steel after normalizing have been greatly improved. Although the strength is slightly decreased, the plasticity, especially the low temperature impact properties are obviously improved. With the increase of normalizing temperature, the grain growth and the impact performance decrease. With the extension of normalizing and holding time, the pearlite band structure is improved and the mixed crystal structure is eliminated, and the impact performance is improved. The best normalizing process is 880 ~ 910 ℃, about 100 mins insulation after air cooling.
