【目的】以孤独症筛查量表FOSPAC-R为蓝本,修订婴幼儿孤独症筛查量表,并对该量表进行信度和效度分析。【方法】引入修订FOSPAC-R量表,并选择儿童孤独症组、正常儿童组和语言障碍以及其他发育障碍的儿童组作为研究对象对该量表进行信度、效度检验。【结果】该量表各项目的评定者信度和重测信度(r)分别为0.573~1和0.539~1,量表总分的评定者信度和重测信度分别为0.993和0.984。量表项目的内部一致性较好(Cronbach’sα=0.827)。量表的区分效度[F(2,78)=220.749、P<0.001]。各项目的鉴别诊断效度均达良好的水平。【结论】该量表有较好的信度和效度,符合量表的编制要求,可用于婴幼儿孤独症的筛查。
【Objective】 The autism screening scale FOSPAC-R was modeled on the revised autism children’s autism screening scale, and the scale reliability and validity analysis. 【Method】 The reliability and validity of the scale was tested by introducing the revised FOSPAC-R scale and selecting children’s autism group, normal children group, language disorder and other developmental disorders children as the research object. 【Results】 The reliability and the test-retest reliability of each item of the scale were 0.573-1 and 0.539-1, respectively. The reliability and the test-retest reliability of the total score of the scale were 0.993 and 0.984 . The internal consistency of the scale items is better (Cronbach’s α = 0.827). The discriminant validity of the scale [F (2,78) = 220.749, P <0.001]. The differential diagnostic validity of each project reached a good level. 【Conclusion】 The scale has a good reliability and validity, in line with the preparation of the scale requirements, can be used for infant screening of autism.
