万钢全国政协副主席、科技部部长万钢:电动汽车的发展已经进入市场化阶段全国政协副主席、科学技术部部长万钢指出,我国电动汽车产业经历了研究开发、示范应用和市场导入这3个发展阶段。截至2013年年底,上一轮推广期共推广大约6万多辆电动车,其中包括电动轿车3万辆左右。从目前的情况看,电动汽车的发展已经进入市场化阶段。“进入市场就应该按照市场的规矩来办事。”万钢指出,首先需要解决的是地方保护的问题,并且要借助竞争的力量促进市场发展。
