四川汶川大地震灾难后,公共信息的公开受到了空前的关注。公共信息公开制度的发展关系到重大灾难发生后的灾情预告、灾后防范、公民信息权、知情权等种种问题。本文通过对我国公共信息制度的发展历程的回顾以及汶川大地震与唐山大地震公共信息公开程度的对比分析,对汶川大地震后公共信息公开程度进行了全面的分析,拟对我国公共信息公开制度的发展提供依据。
After the devastating Wenchuan earthquake in Sichuan, public disclosure of public information received unprecedented attention. The development of public information disclosure system is related to various issues such as disaster prediction, post-disaster prevention, citizen’s right to information, and right to information after a major disaster.
