字符显示器是现代计算机系统的重要而有效的外围设备之一,在国内外应用日益广泛.我国近年来已开始试制投产了一些字符显示器,但多数还是采用分立元器件、中小规模集成电路,不仅体积庞大,可靠性和稳定性较差,而且价格也昂贵.为适应我国计算机应用发展的需要,我院集成电路研究所和辽宁省营口电子研究所协作,于1980年春设计研制较新型的字符显示器.经过大半年的努力,已于1980年秋研制成功,并调试好几台样机,取名为HZX—5型字符显示器,现已得到第四机械工业部标准化研究所批准为正式型号.
Character display is one of the most important and effective peripherals in modern computer systems, and has been widely used at home and abroad. In recent years, our country has begun trial production of some character displays, but most of them use discrete components and small and medium scale integrated circuits. Large, less reliable and stable, and the price is expensive.In order to meet the needs of the development of computer applications in our country, I Institute of integrated circuits and Liaoning Yingkou Institute of electronic collaboration, in the spring of 1980 design and development of newer character display. After more than six months of hard work, it was successfully developed in the autumn of 1980 and several prototypes were commissioned. It was named HZX-5 type character display and has now been formally approved by the Institute of Standardization, Fourth Machinery Industry.
