1 科学家与编辑家的对面交流从我国近代出版事业发展开始,就形成专门的编辑出版队伍,而且随着事业的发展,专门化的程度日益提高,编辑出版与供稿的作者逐渐分离,形成一支独立的、为他人作嫁衣裳的编辑队伍。上世纪80年代以后,随着科学技术的进步和编辑出版事业的发展,客观要求的提高,在科技编辑界倡导编辑学者化;在社科编辑界,也以叶至善发表《我是编辑》为契机,出现对新的编辑观的建立和再认识的过程。我国编辑界在客观形势发展的催生下,逐渐摆脱旧观念的束缚,步入新的、信息时代赋予的要求岗位。
