本文中,笔者根据自己多年的基层群众工作实践,从基层群众文化干部队伍存在的问题和对策两大方面,对新时期基层文化干部队伍建设作了认真思考。
In this article, based on my own practice of grassroots work for many years, I made serious consideration on the construction of grass-roots cultural cadres in the new period from two aspects of the existing problems and countermeasures of grass-roots mass culture cadres.
